To support the vision and passion of the Church community Springwater is led by a team of Senior Leaders/Elders and facilitated by a Management Team.
These teams seek to encourage, support and facilitate any ideas, hopes, dreams and discipleship within the community through interdependent relationships.
The Senior Leadership team consists of:

One of the hopes at Springwater is to enable everybody to reflect Christ and serve each other in an area that excites them, embraces their passion and enables the development of the Kingdom of God in those places we are connected.
