Springwater encourages people to engage with the desires God places in them and to chase after their hopes and dreams. As a result, the community has travelled an adventure of networking with others and engaging in several creative local community initiatives before and during the COVID pandemic.
This led the Congregation Federation awarding Springwater one of their Community Action Awards and creating a film focussing on some of the work.
Since the award in 2020/21, Springwater has continued to develop other initiatives, such as the Food Bank and re-connected with other actions that were sadly put on hold during the pandemic.
